I drive almost 2 hours (from Milwaukee) to take Nan’s class
because it is one of the most unique and effective ways I’ve found to work on
my body. Nan is a highly skilled
instructor. She has an eye for what’s
misaligned and a knack for communicating the fixes in a simple to understand
way. Her yoga sequences have proven to be an excellent way to
address chronic musculoskeletal pain that comes from body balance
issues. I also benefit immensely from the way
